It is promoted by Mr. M.V.Vasudevan an eminent educationist, specialist and entrepreneur from the Garden City.

The family has more than 3 decades of expertise in the wood industry. Starting from New National Timbers (since 1969 ), Kiran Enterprises (since 1989) and Kiran Kraft's. The manufacturing unit is located centrally in the city and is only 15 minutes by drive from the Bangalore City Central Railway Station and Central Bus Station.
